Phoenix Hydraulic Presses has designed custom presses with two, three, or four columns; straight sided
(Gib Guided); C-Frame; and Uni-frame designed frames. Custom applications have included blanking,
forming, piercing and trim, preform for hydro-forming, compression molding, transfer, extrusion, draw and
form, die splitting, die spotting and trim, and have also featured heated and multiple platens.

Four Column Hydraulic Presses
Open design provides four-sided access to die area to simplify tooling installation, speed entry and removal
of stock, and shorten setup time. Wide choice of bed sizes, stroke, daylight, ram speeds, and control
options. All presses pictured have been designed to precisely fit the exact requirements as specified by our
