Molding Press

This special press is designed for a first tier automotive supplier. The press is used to mold interior auto components. This unique looking press was designed so the tonnage could be expanded to 50 tons at a later date. The hydraulics of this press includes 15 GPM, constant delivery vane pump, and a 10GPM - piston pump at 1800RPM. Also included is an auxiliary hydraulic system to operate the customer's hydraulic power slide.

Light curtains on four sides guard the work area. An operated safety latch on the platen was also provided.
