100 Ton Mobile Track Assembly Press

We designed a 100 Ton Mobile Track Assembly Press for Volvo.

The press is designed so that the operator aligns the ends of the track by driving a guide pin into the holes, aligning the track ends. The operator then places a master pin into the guide hole.

The operator then aligns the C-Frame over the track. The C-Frame is suspended from a mobile crane which moves the press through the production line. Once the press is aligned, the operator uses a control valve to push the master pin and eject the alignment pin by the power supplied by the power unit. The power unit is connected to the press by a 20 foot long hose.

The press can be used for a number of assembly applications including pressing pins, bushings, and gears. The press can by laid on its back for stationary operations and is available in a number of different tonnages.
